I needed a cheap room on Saturday night then I was going to get my room at the Mirage for four nights. Cheap room I got, I was scared, did not know what to expect, but I was happy. The room was old, cigarette stains etc. But the shower worked, the sink worked. Toilet flushed normally!!! Bed was very comfortable and sheets were clean. I got what I paid for and I was happy. Not the Mirage, but hey, I survived....

Las Vegas club Casino hotel is well put together. Customer service is beyond what i have seen in other hotels i have been to. The room was clean, most importantly i nothing got stolen. Las Vegas club and casino hotel caries my highest recommendations to all.

My last stay in March of 2010 was not a good experience. The room was dirty the beds were horrible I didnt sleep for 4 nights the pillows were smelly and flat. Upon arrival I called for extra pillows and another ash tray. I also asked to have housekeeping vaccuum the rug. I also left a note in the room for maid service. No one ever complied with these requests. When I returned home I wrote a letter to the manager of the Vegas club no one responded to this date which we are now in May. In my letter I also told them the staff was great the Tiki bar downstairs was great and the bartenders were friendly and gave great service. I have stayed at the Vegas club for about 4 years and at least 5 times. I was extremely upset with management since they did not address my concers or respond to my letter. I will never stay there again.

I'm a budget traveler who always stays in lesser quality hotels but this one was just plain bad. It took 3 hours to check in because the hotel canceled my reservations. They then tried to blame Travel Website. The staff was short handed and as such very unfriendly and were very little help. The quality of the room was subpar even for a budget hotel. The window would not close, the toilet would not stop running and the mattresses were almost nonexistent just to name a few issues. The elevator was barely functional and access to the lobby via stairs was closed off. You couldn't go lower than the second floor by stairs. A few times they allowed us to use the service elevator in the employee area which was incredibly filthy. I understand that it is an old hotel and low budget but the issues I had were basic building maintenance and customer service, both were the worst I've experienced. Looking past the buildings issues (it is an old building), I will say that the location was great, over all the rooms were clean and the casino staff were FANTASTIC. Just not enough to recommend it to anyone.
